Why do you work? Think about it in the wider perspective. To provide for you, and for you family. This is the only reason. If you didn't have to 95% of people wouldn't. You pay your taxes to pay for roads and services of the community, as it is where you and your family live. You pay for the education of the community and its upkeep. You look after it, it looks after you. That's the way it works. The history of your country is the history of your community. It breeds a sense of belonging and camaraderie which humans, a social animal, require. People work to make things better for those they care about in the future. Now this is where it gets sticky. Immigration. It can be a good thing with communities becoming enriched by the diversity of others. Providing they integrate, key word here, then it is a good positive thing. But people should work to enrich their own countries and communities, make their homes a better place, rather than run from a problem. If they want to move country then they should have something to bring to the other country. But for many years we have been plundering other countries for skilled workers rather than training our own. This is wrong as it creates unemployment in our country and prevents other countries from becoming better. We should educate people to improve their lot, we can not make the world a better place by moving it all here.

Everyone who is a citizen (see below) with no mental or criminal defects should be allowed a license to have a firearm. Police may withhold permission if there is a possibility that there is a danger from an individual even if not found guilty. This can be appealed against. The weapon must be kept in a strong safe, with a maximum of 5 rounds. The only weapons that would be legal would be historical weapons (special license required) or single-shot, bolt action rifles of no more than .303 calibre. All handguns, revolvers, short rifles, machine pistols are illegal, as are semi or fully automatic weapons for civilian use. Police get semi-automatic weapons including pistols, the Army get anything available they want. Any weapon firing a projectile with an energy over 0.5 jules can only be owned by someone over 21 who must be registered for its ownership. Each class of weapon can be added to a fire arms certificate, or a separate category certificate issued. No replicas or imitation firearms can be owned by anyone under 21. Possesion of any weapon or replica in public is an offense and ARU officers can not be held responsable if they shoot you.

To become a citizen with the right to vote, health treatment, a weapon, and education, you must be either born to a citizen and take the standard exam at 16, take the advanced exam after a period of special circumstances, (eg after being married to a citizen for 5 years), finish a period of time in the armed forces serving our country.
Once you step outside of society you are no longer protected by those rights that are gifted by being in it. You only have your basic human rights. These are 1. To be treated with the respect you show others, and 2. To choose the way you die. That's it. Citizens convicted of a crime have their status revoked.
